It’s hard to believe, but it’s already spring. Now that Q1 is over, we thought it would be a good idea to look back on the beginning of this year and see where we’re heading. If you’re in this position, how can you look back on your goals, see where you’re heading, and adjust if necessary?
2022 has been very interesting because 2021 was a record-breaking year. The market has contracted slightly because of our lack of inventory, but we won’t belabor that point. How are we handling our lack of inventory?

Since of our changing market, we had to increase our outreach to achieve the same results we had in 2021. Because there are fewer homes for sale, we had to examine what we were doing and adjust. If you are looking back on your Q1 and notice things aren’t as hot as they were in 2021, what can you do to change? Can you increase your outreach, or do you need a different approach?
The truth is that you’re going to encounter adversity and face a changing landscape. It’s inevitable. The key is to react to these changes appropriately. Talk to more people, build more relationships, and get more transactions.
